General Refund Policy
- Annual registration ($40) is non-refundable (each fall to the following summer)
- Optional Purchase Protection Plan is non-refundable
- All refund requests must be received in writing via email
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed
- Refunds are typically issued in the same form of payment as the original payment
- No refund/credit for missing classes
- If students withdraw from a class, they will lose access to the class material immediately
Refund Policy (Spring/Fall weekly classes)
- No refund for Contest Math classes (CM401 and above) and writing classes after classes start. For other classes, the first class will be charged if canceling before the second class (a credit will be issued); No refunds after the second class
- No refund/credit for missing classes
- A make up class will be offered if Momentum Learning has to cancel a class due to weather, teacher’s availability, etc. No refund/credit will be offered if a student cannot attend the make up class
Refund Policy (Summer/Thanksgiving/Winter/Spring Break Camps)
- $100 fee if canceling at least 4 weeks prior to the camp start date
- 50% credit if canceling within 4 weeks of the camp start date
- No refund/credit after the camp starts
- No refund/credit for missing classes
Refund Policy (Special camps – MATHCOUNTS, AMC8/10/12, AIME, USACO Practice classes, etc.)
- No refund/credit
